Mr. Ravi Shankar Tiwari

It is believed that Kashi (Varanasi/Banaras) is the oldest city of the world. It is also the centre of Education & Culture from ancient time. Our Founder Mr. Ravi Shankar Tiwari is born & brought up in Varanasi. He started his career with NIIT Ltd. (An Indian MNC, working in Software & Education Field). Later he switched to CMS Info System Pvt. Ltd. (running through Blackstone Group Inc., An American MNC) in 2010. In CMS, he was taking care of North Region, where he met with large number of B. Tech., M.B.A & Science Graduate students.

During his tenure, he saw that Industries are facing issues in getting skilled manpower with right attitude, communication skills, & leadership skills. Also, today’s curriculum is not focusing on future technology. At the same time there are various issues what world is facing due to wrong mindsets/ behaviors/ culture of people, which is not focused in schools/ colleges. The root cause of all this is Primary Education, as it is more focused with Subject Knowledge (skills) only that also by cramming instead of understanding. 

To change this paradigms, he started Muni Public School. The Varanasi Campus started on “Basant Panchami” in 2018. The main objective of this school is to “transforming the kids with right paradigm, so that they can change the world”. The school wants to nurture the kids in a way so that they must take all actions towards the better living of self, society & nature.
